  • DO NOT REMOVE TAG- Attention Manufactured Home Owners -  This post speaks about the different tags, certificates, and labels that are attached to manufactured homes.  They are often times, in fact, just last week we appraised a manufactured home that was missing the HUD tags.  Homeowners often don't understand how important these labels are when looking at selling or refinancing their manufactured home.  You can read more about it here.
